Schedule: 40+ hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)

Job Description
You’ll be the voice that connects interested prospects with competitive insurance solutions, working with warm leads from people who have already shown interest in homeowners and auto insurance. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll be reaching out to prospects who were actively looking for insurance 30-90 days ago, making your conversations more productive and rewarding. You’ll play a crucial role in helping families and businesses find the right insurance coverage while building your skills in a performance-based environment that rewards success.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm homeowners and auto insurance leads using Little Giant Marketing CRM
  • Conduct engaging initial conversations with prospects who previously expressed interest in insurance
  • Handle questions and objections professionally while maintaining a consultative approach
  • Perform live transfers to district managers when prospects are ready for quotes
  • Maintain detailed call logs and prospect information within the CRM system
  • Follow proven scripts and processes for lead qualification and appointment setting
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion metrics
  • Work with both residential and commercial insurance opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services (required)
  • Strong phone presence with clear communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and phone-based sales tools
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
  • Bonus if you have insurance industry knowledge or licensing
  • It helps if you’re familiar with live transfer processes and appointment setting
