About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Acquisition Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in medical sales support and business development. You will act as the first point of contact for medical clinics and wellness centers, helping us expand our provider network across two similar businesses in different geographic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach Support: Conduct initial cold-calling campaigns to introduce our services to prospects in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry.
- Lead Discovery: Research and identify potential leads using specific zip codes and designated websites to build our contact list.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Assist with professional email outreach and social media direct messaging to potential clients.
- Professional Networking: Contact decision-makers at med spas, weight loss clinics, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists.
- Data Management: Create and maintain organized lead tracking spreadsheets, ensuring all contact history is accurately documented.
- Nurturing Leads: Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints, including calls, emails, and SMS.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help guide interested prospects through the initial sign-up process for the company’s portal system.
- Performance Tracking: Provide daily activity reports and participate in regular check-ins with management.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage data across two different business regions.
- Teachable and eager to learn the specifics of the medical aesthetics industry.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
