Our client is a fast-growing Australian IT services business on an exciting growth trajectory. Having recently invested in a comprehensive, professionally developed marketing strategy, the business is now entering a critical execution phase — rolling out ambitious, multi-channel campaigns designed to accelerate brand awareness and lead generation across Australia.

You’ll be working closely with the leadership team in a small, agile environment where ideas move quickly and your work will have a direct, visible impact on business growth. This is not a “hands-off” or siloed role — your creativity, organisation, and execution skills will genuinely matter.


The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who loves bringing marketing strategies to life. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety — from writing and publishing content, to building email campaigns, managing social media, and supporting events.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while collaborating closely with leadership to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Design and execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns for prospects and existing clients
  • Write blog articles and website content to support lead generation and SEO
  • Manage website updates and content using WordPress
  • Design digital assets and marketing visuals using Canva
  • Support event marketing initiatives (e.g. networking breakfasts, industry events) with promotional content
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns based on an established strategy developed by a specialist consultancy
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing output with business objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Strong social media marketing skills across multiple platforms
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaign execution
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for content management
  • Solid Canva design skills and a strong visual eye
  • Excellent writing, copywriting, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Bonus (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in the IT services or MSP industry
  • Understanding of the Australian business market
