Job Description
You’ll be the cornerstone of this agency’s SEO and paid advertising efforts, working directly with the agency leadership to drive measurable results for their client portfolio. This isn’t just another SEO role – you’ll have the opportunity to think strategically, shape campaign direction, and build long-term client relationships while helping scale a growing agency’s digital marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive SEO strategies and campaigns for multiple agency clients
• Manage Google Ads campaigns from setup through optimization and performance reporting
• Develop and implement Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns to expand service offerings
• Communicate directly with clients via email and participate in client meetings as needed
• Handle client follow-ups and basic administrative tasks including invoice-related inquiries
• Collaborate with agency leadership on Google Ads strategy and campaign execution
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all digital marketing channels
• Support the onboarding process for 1-2 new clients per month
• Think strategically and propose innovative approaches to improve client results

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management and optimization
• Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms
• Excellent English communication skills for direct client interaction
• Ability to think strategically and outside conventional approaches
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Bonus if you have experience working with Australian businesses or timezone requirements
