Admin Assistant Trainer & Quality Lead (Operations Supervisor)
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Client time zone: US Eastern Time (Orlando, FL)
You will be responsible for:
- Training new admin assistants
- Running certifications and role-plays
- Reviewing the admin assistants' performance weekly
- Enforcing policies and escalation rules
- Maintaining consistency across all admin assistant communication
You will not create policies or improvise processes.
You will teach, reinforce, and protect existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train new admin assistants using the client's structured onboarding curriculum
- Run quizzes, role-play sessions, and certification testing
- Conduct weekly Quality Assurance (QA) reviews
- Score admin performance using predefined scorecards
- Identify and correct misinformation immediately
- Enforce escalation rules without hesitation
- Maintain and update internal documentation in Notion
- Report trends, risks, and recurring issues to ownership
- Overall, handling the operations and directly reporting to the client

- Want to redesign systems instead of following them
- Struggle with authority or enforcement
- Use casual or slang-heavy communication
Required Skills:
- 5 years+ in a supervisory role in BPO
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Training, coaching, or QA experience (preferred)
- Experience using Notion or similar tools
- Strong judgment and escalation discipline
- Professional tone in all communication
Authority & Boundaries:
- You report directly to the owner
- You do not make policy changes
- You do not promise exceptions
- You escalate issues instead of guessing
- You enforce systems exactly as written
