Job Description
You’ll be the right hand to a driven entrepreneur building something meaningful in the skincare industry. Starting with administrative support, you’ll help streamline operations and free up the founder to focus on growth. As the company launches its product line in March, you’ll seamlessly transition into customer service, becoming the voice of the brand. This is your chance to grow with a startup, wear multiple hats, and make a real impact from the very beginning.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer calls regarding product orders, questions, and concerns
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain organized communication systems
  • Coordinate calendar scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research projects and compile findings for business decisions
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation
  • Process customer follow-ups and handle complaints with professionalism
  • Provide proactive suggestions for improving business processes
  • Support product launch activities and customer onboarding processes
  • Manage administrative errands and special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience with strong phone communication skills
  • Administrative experience with email, calendar, and file management systems
  • Professional phone manner and ability to represent a brand confidently
  • Self-starter mentality who can work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies improvements rather than just taking orders
  • Bonus if you have experience in beauty, skincare, or e-commerce industries
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with startup environments and wearing multiple hats
