B2B Marketing Assistant

Job Overview
You will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate consulting and auditing leads, and build repeatable marketing systems. You’ll lead digital, content, CRM and pipeline activities to support measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & planning
    • Produce the 2026–2027 Marketing Strategy (positioning, segments, messaging, channel plan) by end Q1 2026.
    • Set KPIs and measurement frameworks; perform quarterly strategy reviews and competitor analysis.
  • Lead generation & pipeline
    • Build a Lead Generation Framework (inbound/outbound) by end Q2 2026.
    • Create and optimise lead-nurture flows and automated follow-ups.
    • Deliver quarterly pipeline reports and collaborate with operations on collateral and ≥6 case studies/year.
  • Digital & content
    • Deliver a Digital & Social Media Strategy by end Q1 2026.
    • Maintain cadence: 3–4 social posts/week and 1 long-form content piece/month.
    • Plan and run quarterly digital campaigns targeting priority services.
  • CRM implementation & optimisation
    • Lead Productive CRM implementation, data migration, and automation by end Q4 2026.
    • Produce CRM guidelines, segmentation rules, training materials, and monthly performance dashboards.
    • Ensure ≥95% data accuracy.
  • Systems & scalability
    • Identify and implement ≥3 scalable marketing systems (automations, templates, funnels) per year.
    • Align marketing processes with sales, operations, and client services.
  • General
    • Manage projects to deadlines, proactively solve problems, uphold brand consistency, and engage professionally with stakeholders.
Key performance indicators
  • Delivery of Marketing Strategy by end Q1 2026 and Lead Generation Framework by end Q2 2026.
  • +25% inbound enquiries in 2026; +40% in 2027.
  • +30% year‑on‑year brand visibility/engagement.
  • +20% social follower growth per year.
  • +15% website traffic and +20% digital enquiry submissions by end 2026.
  • 15% improvement in lead-to-proposal conversion via nurturing automation.
  • CRM workflows live and data accuracy ≥95%.
  • ≥6 collateral/case studies produced per year.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years marketing experience, preferably B2B professional services (consulting/auditing).
  • Proven digital marketing, content, social, and lead-generation experience.
  • Experience implementing CRM systems and building automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with analytics (GA4 or equivalent), paid campaigns, email marketing, CMS.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and data‑driven decision skills.
Desirable
  • Experience with Productive or similar consulting CRMs.
  • Experience in sales enablement and pipeline reporting for professional services.
