- Provide expert guidance on product usage, ensuring customers maximize the value of our cutting-edge solutions
- Manage daily support requests with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction
- Proactively reach out to customers during quieter periods, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and deepen relationships
- Conduct thorough follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback for product improvement
- Collaborate closely with our internal team, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our software and support processes

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, technical customer service, or a related field
- Strong foundation in computer knowledge and a passion for staying updated with the latest software trends
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, capable of thriving in a remote work environment
