Support a creative digital agency focused on social media content, influencer collaborations, and brand engagement. This role assists with content creation, scheduling, and coordination of blogger and influencer visits while maintaining clear communication and high attention to detail.

 

Job Description:

As a Social Media Content & Influencer Coordination Assistant, you will create and schedule Instagram content, manage influencer outreach and visit coordination, and support ongoing social media activities. This role requires strong written English skills, excellent organization, and the ability to follow processes precisely. You will work closely with internal teams and external influencers to ensure campaigns run smoothly and professionally.

 

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Create Instagram content using existing photos

  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to generate captions and written content

  • Schedule posts using Meta Business Manager

  • Ensure content is aligned with brand tone and guidelines

Influencer & Blogger Coordination

  • Book blogger and influencer visits via Instagram

  • Coordinate budgets, deliverables, and timelines with all parties

  • Ensure clarity and alignment before visits are confirmed

  • Follow up on visits, cancellations, and rescheduling with high accuracy

  • Maintain organized records of bookings and communications

Communication & Support

  • Communicate professionally with influencers, clients, and internal teams

  • Provide written updates and confirmations

  • Ensure smooth coordination across all stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Strong command of written English

  • Strong written editing and communication skills

  • Experience with Instagram and Meta Business Manager

  • Customer service and basic negotiation skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to follow processes accurately

  • Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup

 

Nice to Have:

  • Graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)

  • Basic video editing skills
