Job Description: 

You’ll join a dynamic accounting services company at a pivotal growth moment, working directly with Canadian clients to deliver essential financial services. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on bookkeeping expertise and leadership development, as you’ll be positioned to take on increasing responsibilities and potentially management duties as the team expands. Responsibilities:

• Convert bank statement information from various formats into Excel spreadsheets for processing
• Upload and integrate converted financial data into QuickBooks systems
• Complete accurate categorization of financial transactions across multiple client accounts
• Prepare comprehensive month-end and year-end financial reports based on client requirements
• Handle high-volume file conversion projects efficiently during busy periods
• Manage financial data for multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Process payroll information and related financial transactions
• Support the development of streamlined processes as the team grows
• Collaborate with business owner on client-specific accounting needs and requirements

 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience with QuickBooks software

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and conversion.

• Experience working with Canadian clients and solid knowledge of Canadian accounting principles is essential.

• You have a track record of handling financial categorization, reconciliation processes, and payroll processing.

• Bonus if you have experience managing large volumes of financial data efficiently
