Job Overview:
You’ll become the dedicated marketing backbone for a growing property advisory firm, working directly with their Director of Marketing, who believes in thorough training and clear processes.
This isn’t about starting from scratch – you’ll work with established templates and proven systems, allowing you to focus on execution and refinement while building your skills. You’ll have direct communication with the team and the stability of knowing your role matters to their success.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing projects using existing templates in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Create and modify materials using Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Participate in comprehensive one-on-one training sessions with the marketing director
- Follow established job aids and processes to maintain consistent quality standards
- Maintain direct communication and collaboration with the marketing team
- Handle various marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns
- Adapt and refine existing templates based on project needs
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work dedicated full-time hours with exclusive focus during business time
- Bonus if you have a graphic design or marketing background
- It helps if you already have Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office subscriptions
