HR Admin Support

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with one hour unpaid lunch | New Castle, AU time

 

Job Summary
We are seeking an offshore professional with strong administration experience to support our client's Human Resources function. This role provides day-to-day administrative assistance across core HR activities and helps ensure accurate, timely, and confidential handling of employee information.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

  • Assist with recruitment administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes

  • Support payroll and leave administration by preparing and collating documentation

  • Coordinate training records, compliance documents, and HR correspondence

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally with exposure to HR tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR systems
