Job Overview: You’ll be at the forefront of introducing game-changing AI technology to dental practices across Australia. This role puts you in the driver’s seat of a high-value sales process, where you’ll present revolutionary AI receptionist solutions that genuinely transform how dental offices operate. You’ll own the entire outbound sales cycle while working with a forward-thinking startup that’s disrupting the healthcare technology space.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outbound cold calling campaigns to dental practices across Australia
  • Present and sell high-value AI voice automation services ($5,000 setup + $500 monthly retainer)
  • Generate qualified leads and close deals with dental practice decision-makers
  • Meet weekly sales targets with a minimum expectation of 1 sale per week
  • Maintain professional communication and build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Follow established sales protocols and KPIs while suggesting strategy improvements
  • Potentially assist with basic AI automation tasks and client onboarding (hybrid role opportunity)
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales approaches and messaging
  • Track and report on sales activities and conversion metrics
  • Contribute to the growth of an emerging AI technology company

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales with demonstrated results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection while maintaining professionalism
  • Mid-level sales experience with the ability to suggest effective strategies and approaches
  • Bonus if you have experience selling to healthcare or dental practices
  • It helps if you have knowledge of AI technology, automation solutions, or SaaS products
  • Bonus if you’re comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes
  • Australian timezone availability strongly preferred for optimal client engagement
