Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support onboarding and verification processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employment and education verifications are completed accurately and on time, onboarding documentation is properly reviewed, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with candidates and external contacts.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete employment and education verifications by collecting required documentation, including resumes, paystubs, W-2s, diplomas, and transcripts.

Obtain signed authorization forms from employees to conduct employment and education verifications.

Contact previous employers and educational institutions via phone, email, or their preferred verification methods.

Accurately document all verification activities and outcomes in employee records and internal systems.

Follow up with candidates via phone, email, and text to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

Review onboarding submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

Provide general administrative support and assist with additional clerical or operational tasks as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative, HR support, or assistant role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
