Job Description: 

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients navigating their orthodontic journey, providing essential support through cutting-edge healthcare technology. This role puts you at the center of patient care, where your communication skills directly impact treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction. You’ll work with a tiered support system that handles high-volume patient interactions efficiently while ensuring complex cases receive specialized attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through the company’s mobile app chat function
  • Handle general patient questions using established protocols and templated responses
  • Escalate complex cases and phone call requests to specialized treatment coordinators
  • Make outbound calls to dental clinics to verify appointment availability and scheduling
  • Manage patient complaints and concerns through professional written communication
  • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and communications
  • Collaborate with treatment coordinators and team members across multiple time zones
  • Follow healthcare compliance protocols and maintain patient confidentiality standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Customer service experience with demonstrated ability to handle patient inquiries professionally
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, mobile applications, and digital communication tools
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate patient communication and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with healthcare-related concerns and questions
  • Bonus if you have healthcare, medical, or dental industry background
