- Fully remote position working with an Australian support services company
- Backend administrative role with no direct client interaction

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly and monthly rosters for support workers and clients
- Make real-time adjustments to rosters when workers become unavailable or schedule changes occur
- Set up profiles for new clients entering the support services program
- Onboard new workers into the rostering system and assign them to appropriate clients
- Plan future rosters based on client needs and worker availability
- Maintain accurate records of worker-client assignments and scheduling preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience with rostering, scheduling, or workforce management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with web-based software platforms
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during Perth business hours
- No weekend work required
