Workforce Scheduler

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Scope:

  • Fully remote position working with an Australian support services company
  • Backend administrative role with no direct client interaction
  • Access to proprietary web-based rostering software with provided login credentials
  • Full-time commitment with a month-to-month contract structure

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage weekly and monthly rosters for support workers and clients
  • Make real-time adjustments to rosters when workers become unavailable or schedule changes occur
  • Set up profiles for new clients entering the support services program
  • Onboard new workers into the rostering system and assign them to appropriate clients
  • Plan future rosters based on client needs and worker availability
  • Maintain accurate records of worker-client assignments and scheduling preferences
  • Monitor and update roster changes to ensure continuous service delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with rostering, scheduling, or workforce management systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with web-based software platforms
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during Perth business hours
  • No weekend work required
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup
