Total Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours (7.5 hours per day)
Our client is seeking a strong administration professional with experience in report handling and customer relations to join their expanding team and support national operations. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting internal processes and maintaining high service standards for clients.
Responsibilities

Format and edit leak detection reports completed by field technicians using the Loop job management system (software training provided) to ensure professional client-ready standards.

Process and issue invoices through Loop.

Send invoices and finalized reports to clients via Loop.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to jobs, reports, and invoicing.

Provide professional communication and support to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements

At least 1 year of proven administrative experience in a similar role or environment.

Experience handling reports, including formatting and editing documents.

Familiarity with Loop or other job management systems (training provided).

Minimum of 1 year of experience in invoicing and sending reports to clients.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong customer service skills, including professional email and phone communication.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills when working with suppliers and clients.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
