Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Social Media Assistant to support daily engagement, content posting, and short-form video editing across multiple platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility through consistent interaction, story posting, and behind-the-scenes social media tasks, while also assisting with basic analytics reporting and content repurposing.
Responsibilities:
- Like posts from competitors and industry-related accounts to maintain active engagement
- Comment on competitors’ posts to increase brand visibility and interaction
- Perform general social media engagement activities across platforms
- Maintain an active presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Post content to company social media stories
- Prepare and deliver monthly analytics and engagement reports
- Support behind-the-scenes social media tasks as directed by the marketing manager
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, including on-screen animations and captions
- Assist with basic video repurposing for social media platforms
Requirements:
- Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies
- Experience with video editing using CapCut (required)
- Ability to create simple on-screen animations and dynamic edits
- Real estate video editing experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional tone when representing company accounts
- Strong attention to detail for consistent brand representation
