Real Estate Social Media Assistant

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible within client business hours 9am to 6pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Social Media Assistant to support daily engagement, content posting, and short-form video editing across multiple platforms. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility through consistent interaction, story posting, and behind-the-scenes social media tasks, while also assisting with basic analytics reporting and content repurposing.

Responsibilities:

  • Like posts from competitors and industry-related accounts to maintain active engagement
  • Comment on competitors’ posts to increase brand visibility and interaction
  • Perform general social media engagement activities across platforms
  • Maintain an active presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Post content to company social media stories
  • Prepare and deliver monthly analytics and engagement reports
  • Support behind-the-scenes social media tasks as directed by the marketing manager
  • Edit short-form videos using CapCut, including on-screen animations and captions
  • Assist with basic video repurposing for social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies
  • Experience with video editing using CapCut (required)
  • Ability to create simple on-screen animations and dynamic edits
  • Real estate video editing experience is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a professional tone when representing company accounts
  • Strong attention to detail for consistent brand representation
