A growing psychiatry practice that’s making a real impact in mental health care. They’re expanding across multiple locations with a new clinic opening in North Carolina. The practice already has established social media accounts and a website, so you’ll focus on growth and optimization rather than starting from scratch.

Job Description: 

You’ll take complete ownership of digital marketing efforts for an expanding healthcare practice, creating compelling content that helps connect patients with essential mental health services. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while having full creative control over multi-platform marketing strategies. You’ll work with an established practice that values professional growth and gives you the autonomy to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels
  • Develop and execute website marketing strategies to attract new patients
  • Create original marketing content from scratch across all digital platforms
  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns for the practice
  • Market psychiatry services to reach patients who need mental health support
  • Handle all aspects of social media marketing and community engagement
  • Optimize existing digital marketing presence across two clinic locations
  • Support expansion marketing efforts for new North Carolina location

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record with social media content creation and management
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong content creation skills, a bonus if you have healthcare or professional services experience
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
  • Experience with website marketing and optimization strategies
  • It helps if you understand digital marketing best practices for medical practices
