Job Description

You’ll manage brand communications and marketing execution across social platforms, digital collateral, proposals, and marketing assets. This role involves taking existing lifestyle and property content and transforming it into cohesive brand communications that increase visibility, educate prospects, and strengthen positioning.

You’ll collaborate directly with a founder who is highly strategic and design-aware, ensuring that every touchpoint — social media, email, digital brochures, presentations and branded decks — aligns with premium brand identity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily social media operations (LinkedIn + Instagram)

  • Prepare brochures, decks, and branded proposals

  • Repurpose lifestyle + property content into cohesive campaigns

  • Schedule posts, monitor performance, and track brand visibility

  • Maintain consistent brand voice + visual identity across platforms

  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages

  • Contribute to content planning and messaging strategy

  • Support marketing and brand initiatives across multiple business functions

  • Conduct basic reporting & analytics for marketing channels

 

Requirements

  • Experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to brand tone

  • Visual/graphic awareness (Canva or InDesign proficiency)

  • Understanding of premium or luxury brand standards (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with structured deadlines

 

Tools (Preferred)

  • CRM & scheduling tools

  • Analytics dashboards (social or web-based)
