Job Overview:
The client is seeking a knowledgeable and reliable IT professional to manage and support the company’s IT services. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support, ensuring systems run smoothly, and addressing the overall IT needs of the business. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in IT, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of supporting users efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and maintain IT systems, tools, and services used by the company
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software
- Assist with system updates, backups, and basic IT documentation
- Respond promptly to IT-related concerns and provide clear solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
