We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Media Specialist to support a growing digital marketing operation serving large-scale real estate clients. This is a full-time, remote role designed for a senior-level professional with proven expertise in paid social advertising and a strong understanding of performance-driven marketing.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns for Facebook and Instagram, with solid working knowledge of Google Ads. Experience within the real estate industry is strongly preferred, particularly in generating and converting buyer and seller leads at scale.
This role is not suitable for junior marketers or candidates in training—we are looking for someone who can own strategy, execution, and optimization with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Advertising

Plan, build, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions

Develop and test ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels to improve ROI and performance

Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
Google Ads Management

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search and/or Display)

Ensure alignment between paid social and Google Ads strategies
Strategy & Performance

Own end-to-end paid media strategy for real estate clients

Track KPIs including CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality

Provide performance insights and recommendations based on campaign data
Collaboration & Tools

Work closely with internal fulfillment and client-facing teams

Utilize CRM systems such as ReelGeeks (experience preferred) to align ads with lead flow and follow-up

Adapt quickly as client tools and processes evolve
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

Strong, hands-on experience with Google Ads (non-negotiable)

Demonstrated success running paid campaigns for service-based or real estate businesses

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills

Ability to manage campaigns independently and confidently

Excellent communication and reporting skills
