This hands-on business owner is passionate about strength and conditioning coaching and needs someone to handle the behind-the-scenes work so they can focus on what they do best - training clients and growing their business.

 

Job Description: 

You’ll be the operational backbone for a growing multi-business portfolio, handling everything from day-to-day admin tasks to marketing support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact on multiple business lines. You’ll help an entrepreneur stay focused on their core strengths while ensuring smooth operations across fitness facilities and new venture launches. Your work directly enables business growth and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update class schedules and booking systems using Acuity Square and WordPress integration
• Create and edit marketing flyers for fitness classes, programs, and new business ventures
• Handle email management, including organizing client lists by categories and sending mass communications
• Update website content, booking information, and calendar systems
• Send class cancellation and rescheduling notifications to clients via email
• Generate professional communications and thank you letters using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Conduct market research, including identifying schools and sports teams within specific geographic areas
• Provide administrative support for the new LEGO enrichment program launch and marketing
• Organize and maintain email databases for clients, subcontractors, and prospects
• Handle general computer-based tasks to keep the business owner focused on in-person coaching

 

Requirements:

• Strong written English communication skills with a clear, professional tone
• Experience with website management platforms (WordPress, Acuity, and Square preferred)
• Proficiency in email marketing and mass communication tools would be a plus
• Ability to create simple marketing materials and promotional flyers
• Research skills for lead generation and market analysis
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation
• Reliable internet connection and proven ability to work independently
• Bonus if you have experience with the fitness industry or educational program marketing
• It helps if you’re familiar with booking and scheduling systems
