You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the operational backbone of a thriving real estate practice. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between systems and supporting light marketing efforts that contribute to business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Transfer and synchronize client information between two separate CRM systems with no direct integration.

  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date prospect and client records.

  • Prepare, post, and schedule social media content (content provided).

  • Develop and manage separate Instagram accounts for agent recruitment purposes.

  • Maintain a consistent daily work schedule and provide end-of-day progress reports.

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all platforms.

  • Support business operations during owner travel periods.

  • Adapt to variable daily workloads while maintaining high-quality standards.

 

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

  • Experience using CRM systems and data management platforms.

  • Basic social media management skills, particularly Instagram.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain clear communication.

  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup suitable for remote work.

  • Commitment to a consistent part-time schedule despite variable daily task volumes.
