Job Description
Take on an exciting client-facing role where you’ll be the professional voice of a respected tax consulting firm, engaging with prospective clients and existing customers who are genuinely interested in learning more about the company’s services. You’ll handle warm inbound inquiries, answer questions about firm operations, billing processes, and service offerings, all while following comprehensive training materials and scripts designed for your success. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from website visitors and referrals who have expressed interest in the firm’s services

  • Engage with existing clients who have questions about firm operations, billing procedures, and service processes

  • Follow comprehensive training scripts and procedures to ensure consistent, professional client interactions

  • Answer detailed questions about the firm’s approach to data sharing, billing methods, and service delivery

  • Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-up activities as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using provided CRM systems

  • Collaborate with the tax advisory team to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, with preference for inbound lead management

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly phone manner

  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use provided scripts and training materials

  • Strong listening skills and ability to address client concerns with confidence

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred

  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm for earning bonuses and commissions based on performance
