Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations while helping build and standardize systems, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, documenting processes, and improving efficiency. The company is currently undergoing a leadership transformation and rapid systems modernization, and this position plays a critical role in establishing a strong operational foundation. There is a clearly defined growth path into a Virtual Office Manager role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support

Perform daily administrative tasks supporting multiple teams.

Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and internal communications.

Maintain files, records, trackers, and shared documentation systems.

Support onboarding activities, training coordination, and internal announcements.
SOP Development & Process Improvement

Document existing workflows and operational processes.

Build, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Create checklists, templates, and process guides to ensure consistency.

Partner with leadership to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
Operations & Coordination

Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.

Assist with vendor coordination and service management.

Support compliance-related documentation and internal controls.

Help implement and maintain new tools, systems, and platforms.
Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or operations roles.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear process documentation.

Comfortable learning and implementing new systems and tools.

Strong technical proficiency with:
