About Us:
You will work with a growing property acquisition company focused on identifying opportunities, connecting with property owners, and negotiating purchases. We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) assistant to support our data gathering and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Research and gather property data, including ownership details and accurate contact information
- Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets and company databases
- Make outbound calls to property owners, introducing our company and setting appointments for discussions with the manager
- Pre-screen property owners to ensure interest and alignment before scheduling meetings
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build rapport
- Track progress, results, and key metrics for review
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Background in real estate, property management, or acquisitions
- Familiarity with CRM tools or property data platforms
- Previous experience setting appointments or working in phone-based sales/lead generation
- Experience in data gathering, research, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus)
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with property owners professionally and confidently
- Strong Excel skills for organizing and tracking property and lead information
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, professional demeanor and persistence in outreach
- Mojo Dialer experience preferred but not required.
- Real estate acquisition cold calling experience.
- Skip tracing experience preferred, but not required.
