Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Owner/CEO by managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities while providing high-level support to both the executive and the business.
Responsibilities

Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.

Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.

Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and business documents.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking/reporting.

Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and commitments.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Proficiency with email and calendar management tools (e.g., Gmail/Outlook, Google Calendar).

Comfortable using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
