This innovative firm specializes in custom pool and landscape designs, managing projects from concept through completion. With a dynamic team of designers and permit experts, the company is known for delivering high-quality, compliant designs that exceed client expectations while navigating complex approval processes.

 

Responsibilities

• Work on the design and development of residential custom home projects from concept through construction documentation.

• Create architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings that meet client goals and compliance standards.

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members to refine designs and resolve technical issues.

• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards and material selections.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Proven experience in residential custom home design, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Strong skills in 3D visualization tools, including Lumion, Corona Renderer, and 3ds Max.

• Experience with additional 3D software and rendering platforms is a plus.

• Excellent understanding of construction methods, detailing, and architectural principles.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
