Job Description

You’ll join our client which is a creative agency where your website development skills will directly impact artists, authors, and creative entrepreneurs who depend on strong online presence to grow their businesses. This role offers the perfect blend of creative freedom and structured processes – you’ll work within established systems while having the flexibility to grow your skills across multiple areas. As the business scales, you’ll have the opportunity to expand from part-time to full-time and take on increasingly diverse projects in the creative industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and build websites primarily using WordPress with Elementor page builder
• Create responsive, SEO-optimized websites that represent clients’ artistic visions
• Design marketing layouts and graphics using Canva for various client materials
• Follow established SOPs and workflows to ensure consistent quality delivery
• Support both active client website projects and internal company website needs
• Collaborate directly with the agency team on ongoing creative projects
• Implement SEO best practices across all website development work
• Maintain and update existing client websites as needed
• Adapt to different creative industry verticals and client requirements

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience with WordPress development and customization
• Strong proficiency with Elementor page builder for creating dynamic layouts
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation strategies
• Experience building websites on Squarespace platform is a bonus
• Proficiency in Canva for creating layouts and marketing materials
• Ability to follow detailed processes and established workflows
• Strong communication skills for direct collaboration with creative teams
• Bonus if you have additional design or marketing skills beyond web development
