Job Description
You’ll be the first voice prospects hear about cutting-edge AI automation and digital marketing solutions. This role puts you at the forefront of one of the hottest markets in business today—helping companies discover how AI can transform their operations. You’ll work with a tight-knit team that has already built the infrastructure for success, including extensive contact databases and proven service offerings. Your conversations will open doors to meaningful business relationships and directly impact company growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns using pre-qualified business contact lists
- Generate initial interest in AI automation and digital marketing services
- Qualify prospects and assess their potential fit for the company’s solutions
- Schedule discovery calls between interested prospects and the internal closing team
- Maintain consistent daily calling activity to meet appointment booking targets
- Follow up strategically with warm prospects to secure confirmed appointments
- Track and report on calling metrics and appointment conversion rates
- Collaborate with the 3-person closing team to optimize handoff processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or phone-based sales roles
- Clear English accent suitable for calling US-based businesses (accent sensitivity is important for this market)
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Experience with B2B conversations and business-to-business prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling activities and rejection handling
- Understanding of basic sales qualification and lead generation processes
- Bonus if you have experience with AI, automation, or digital marketing topics
- It helps if you’ve worked with US business owners or decision-makers before
