Job Description
You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation and business development for a dynamic flooring company. This role puts you at the center of building relationships with key industry professionals while supporting broader business growth initiatives. You’ll own the outreach process, generate qualified leads, and help accelerate the company’s expansion into new markets. Responsibilities

  • Contact interior designers and architects to promote services and build industry relationships
  • Execute email outreach campaigns and follow-up communications with prospects
  • Generate and qualify leads within the flooring and design industry
  • Send marketing materials and brochures to potential clients
  • Conduct market research for property development projects and identify opportunities
  • Manage social media outreach and follow-up on platforms like Instagram
  • Make phone calls for appointment setting and lead qualification
  • Provide administrative support and maintain CRM systems
  • Support potential e-commerce initiatives and website optimization projects

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills for phone and email outreach
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar) and CRM systems
  • Experience with social media platforms for business outreach
  • Bonus if you have flooring, construction, or design industry knowledge
  • It helps if you have Shopify or e-commerce platform experience
  • Administrative and organizational skills for multi-task support
