Job Overview: You’ll join an established 3-person design team as a production-focused graphic designer, taking on essential workload to help the team scale efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who excels at executing clean, professional designs using established processes and templates. You’ll work directly on client deliverables that impact businesses across North America, with the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Execute “plug-and-play” graphic design work using established templates and brand guidelines
• Create custom clothing package designs and promotional materials for North American business clients
• Support the existing design team by handling production workload and routine design tasks
• Meet tight deadlines and ASAP project timelines while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent design execution across all client projects
• Work efficiently within established design processes to maximize team productivity
• Adapt designs for various promotional materials and custom packaging solutions
• Maintain organized file management and version control for client projects

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (required)
• Experience with production-focused graphic design and template-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established design specifications
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
• Bonus if you have experience with clothing/apparel design or promotional materials
• It helps if you’re comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
