Job Description: 

You’ll be the technical backbone of a thriving painting company, taking ownership of their GoHighLevel CRM and transforming how they manage their extensive operations. This isn’t just another marketing role – you’ll build automated systems that directly impact their ability to scale from 30 job sites to even greater heights. Your GoHighLevel expertise will be the foundation, but you’ll quickly expand into operational analytics and reporting that drives real business decisions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Master and optimize GoHighLevel CRM workflows, automation, and lead management systems
• Build automated reporting systems that replace manual spreadsheet processes
• Create weekly operational reports and quality tracking dashboards for 30+ job sites
• Manage WordPress website updates, including job postings and company changes
• Utilize SEMrush for website oversight and SEO performance monitoring
• Work with Bright Networks and Local Dominator for market positioning optimization
• Develop advanced Excel spreadsheets for operational tracking and profitability analysis
• Handle social media posting on Facebook and Google Local updates for SEO
• Generate balance sheet reports to track individual job profitability
• Transition manual processes to automated CRM-based systems

 

Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in the GoHighLevel CRM platform (non-negotiable)
• GoHighLevel certifications or completion of master’s programs are strongly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex data analysis and reporting
• Perfect English communication skills with the ability to communicate at full conversational speed
• Experience with WordPress website management and updates
• Bonus if you have experience with SEMrush, Bright Networks, or Local Dominator
• It helps if you have social media management experience, particularly on Facebook
• Strong analytical mindset for creating automated reporting systems
