Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software

Work seamlessly with the integrated Arrowflow CRM to ensure accurate financial data flow

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare accurate financial reports and statements to support business decision-making

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow tracking

Support month-end and year-end financial processes

Implement efficient systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy

Collaborate directly with the business owner on financial planning and analysis
Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a proven track record

Strong proficiency in Xero (essential)

Experience working with integrated business systems and managing data flows

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
