Take ownership of the financial operations for a successful Australian business in the essential home services industry. You’ll support a growing company that’s ready to invest in professional bookkeeping and process improvement, working with modern, integrated accounting systems to create a reliable financial foundation for continued scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software

• Work seamlessly with the integrated Arrowflow CRM to ensure accurate financial data flow

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance

• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements to support business decision-making

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow tracking

• Support month-end and year-end financial processes

• Implement efficient systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy

• Collaborate directly with the business owner on financial planning and analysis

 

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with a proven track record

• Strong proficiency in Xero (essential)

• Experience working with integrated business systems and managing data flows

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CRM integrations

• Familiarity with Australian accounting standards

• Background in small business operations or service-industry accounting
