Job Description
You’ll join a dynamic agency at a pivotal growth moment, taking ownership of Google ads campaigns that directly drive e-commerce success. Starting with backend optimization and campaign management, you’ll quickly progress to direct client relationships as you prove your expertise. Responsibilities

  • Manage Google ads campaigns for 10+ e-commerce clients, scaling to 15-20 accounts over time
  • Optimize campaign performance through strategic bid management, keyword research, and audience targeting
  • Execute backend campaign optimization and performance monitoring during initial months
  • Transition to direct client communication and relationship management after settling in
  • Collaborate with agency founders on account strategy and campaign deliverables
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to drive e-commerce growth
  • Adapt processes and workflows as the agency scales operations
  • Follow established SOPs while contributing to process improvements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience
  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns for e-commerce metrics
  • Excellent English communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into existing systems
  • Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Bonus if you have specific e-commerce advertising experience
  • It helps if you’re based in South Africa for optimal timezone alignment
