Overview

You’ll be the organizational backbone of an emerging academic consultancy that helps international students achieve their dreams of studying at prestigious British universities. This role combines administrative excellence with hands-on exposure to digital marketing and SEO fundamentals (training provided). As the company grows, you’ll support outreach campaigns, business development initiatives, and daily operations—while making a direct impact on students’ educational journeys.


Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM GMT

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Client Timezone: GMT (London)

Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to prospective international students

  • Manage partnership outreach to educational websites and collaboration opportunities

  • Maintain organized communication records and follow-up systems

  • Handle general administrative tasks supporting daily business operations

  • Learn and implement basic SEO strategies (training provided)

  • Develop and refine outreach templates and communication workflows

  • Track campaign performance and maintain detailed prospect databases

  • Support business development initiatives as the consultancy scales


Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence

  • Proven experience with administrative tasks and email management systems

  • Self-motivated and highly organized in a remote work environment

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email platforms
