Job Description
As a Spanish Bilingual Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for leads generated through paid advertising. Using our well-crafted sales script, you will educate leads on our services, build value, handle objections, and schedule consultations. This is an inbound role focused on warm leads, no cold calling required! We provide all the tools, training, and support you need to hit your targets. Responsibilities
- Receive and make calls/emails to inbound leads
- Follow proven sales script to convert leads into booked appointments
- Achieve monthly targets of 35+ booked and shown appointments
- Update CRM after each call to track lead status
Requirements
- Clear phone voice with easy-to-understand English pronunciation
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING WITH A MONITORING PROGRAM TO LOG ACTIVITY
- 1+ years sales experience, comfortable in selling services
- Ability to follow processes and speak from a script
- Fast-paced self-starter who hits the ground running
- Creative problem-solver able to think on their feet
