Job Description: You’ll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for high-value website builds, managing everything from initial client onboarding through successful launch. This role puts you at the center of client relationships, working with time-conscious financial advisors who value clear, concise communication. You’ll help transform current ad-hoc processes into streamlined systems while supporting marketing initiatives that drive both internal growth and client success. Responsibilities
- Manage prospective clients through complete 6-12 week website build processes from content gathering to launch
- Coordinate with established Sydney-based design partners and manage client feedback cycles throughout builds
- Handle ongoing client queries and requests using established templates and documented processes
- Perform simple website updates and modifications using WordPress and Beaver Builder (text, imagery, basic tweaks)
- Support internal marketing efforts and manage content creation for approximately 12 client accounts
- Create social media content and blog posts for both company marketing and client deliverables
- Ensure all project requirements and checklists are completed before builds commence, proactively following up with clients
- Document and systematize processes currently held in leadership knowledge to support company scaling
- Manage project workflows using Asana and collaborate seamlessly via Slack, Teams, and Google Drive
Requirements
- Mid-level project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong WordPress knowledge and familiarity with Beaver Builder for basic website modifications
- Native-level English proficiency with the ability to adapt to Australian business communication styles
- Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision and proactive problem-solving approach
- Proficiency with Asana for project management and collaboration tools including Slack, Teams, Google Drive, and Notion
- Graphic design capabilities using Canva for social media and marketing content creation
- Bonus if you have experience in financial services or professional services industries
- It helps if you have Photoshop experience, though Canva proficiency is the primary requirement
