Video Editor & Social Media Manager - Paid Ads

Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to handle multiple client accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines content planning, video editing, motion graphics, and community engagement to deliver high-performing social campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively with clients and internal teams, and leverages analytics to optimize social media performance.


Job Highlights

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Utah Time (1-hour unpaid break)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidate must have their own computer, internet connection, and video editing setup. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns aligned with client objectives

  • Edit videos and create motion graphics for posts, ads, and promotional content

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative content ideas

  • Track and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations

  • Respond to comments and messages to maintain community engagement


Requirements

  • Experience in paid social media advertising campaigns

  • Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)

  • Proficient in video/graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Proven experience managing social media for clients or brands

  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion graphics, AI, or animation

  • Familiarity with social media advertising campaign optimization

  • Experience in the automotive industry
