Junior Digital Designer / CMS Production Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a junior designer to support day-to-day production work by preparing visual assets and uploading them into our CMS. This is a full-time, fully remote role and ideal for someone early in their career—even right out of school—who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with creative tools.

This role is primarily production and execution work with light creative judgment across visual and audio assets.

Role Details

• 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

• Fully remote

• Must work U.S. hours

• West Coast hours preferred (East Coast also acceptable)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and export visual assets for web and digital use

• Upload, organize, and manage assets within a CMS

• Use Photoshop for resizing, cleanup, and basic design tasks

• Make simple edits in a video editing program (trimming, formatting, exporting)

• Select and apply appropriate fonts based on guidelines

• Assist with music selection and creation using tools like Suno, based on mood, theme, and use case

• Apply good judgment around tone, genre, and energy across a variety of music styles

• Maintain clean, well-organized file and asset structures

• Follow clear processes and repeat tasks accurately at scale

What We’re Looking For

• Junior designer or recent graduate with foundational design skills

• Comfortable with Adobe Photoshop

• Basic familiarity with a video editing tool (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A good eye for typography and basic layout

• Love of music and a strong ear across multiple genres

• Comfortable working within clear creative direction

• Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with repetitive work

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience working with a CMS

• Familiarity with or excitement about AI-powered creative tools (especially for video and music), with a designer’s eye for quality

• Experience generating or curating music using tools like Suno

• Interest in motion, video, or evolving creative workflows

• Desire to grow creatively over time
