Responsibilities:

  • Support the scheduling team with customer-related administrative tasks
  • Learn and master the company’s product lines to deliver accurate, helpful information
  • Manage customer follow-ups and ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate customer needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
  • Customer service experience with ability to handle technical product inquiries
  • Willingness to learn about specialized products (clotheslines and letterboxes) through comprehensive training
  • Comfortable managing both phone and email communications efficiently
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or scheduling software
  • It helps if you have experience in home improvement, retail, or technical product support
