Job Description: 

You’ll be the organizational backbone of a mission-driven wellness business that’s making a real difference in mothers’ lives. This role puts you at the center of course operations, where you’ll manage participant communications, coordinate with inspiring guest speakers, and help create seamless experiences for women on their personal development journeys. You’ll work directly with the founder to streamline operations and support the growth of meaningful programs that transform lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage email campaigns and ongoing correspondence with course participants
• Coordinate guest speaker outreach using provided templates and contact databases
• Schedule and book guest speakers into available program time slots
• Send weekly communications to participants with program updates and speaker information
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and organizational systems
• Support Facebook ads management and social media engagement
• Maintain participant databases and program coordination systems
• Assist with course operations and participant experience optimization

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with email management, campaigns, and professional correspondence
• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook
• Proactive approach to administrative tasks and problem-solving
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
• Bonus if you have experience with Facebook ads or digital marketing
