Job Description: 

You’ll be the frontline of customer experience for an established fragrance brand, managing communications across email, social media, and live chat. This role combines customer service excellence with social media engagement, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with customers while supporting brand growth. You’ll work alongside an in-house creative team, handling the customer-facing side while they focus on content creation and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email from website leads and order-related questions
  • Handle customer communications on social media platforms, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Manage live chat support for both online and in-store customer inquiries
  • Post and schedule social media content when materials are provided by the in-house team
  • Engage with the online community through comments and direct messages
  • Reach out to influencers and potential brand partners for collaboration opportunities
  • Join relevant groups and communities to highlight the brand and increase visibility
  • Provide general administrative support related to customer service functions

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and social media management
  • Strong written communication skills for email and social media responses
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently across different platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community engagement best practices
  • Bonus if you have experience with posting and scheduling social media content
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional demeanor when representing brands online
