Job Description

You’ll take ownership of the complete marketing strategy for a thriving jewelry brand that’s ready to scale. This is your chance to work directly with a passionate founder who values beautiful, strategic marketing and needs someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll manage everything from email campaigns and website optimization to SEO and social media strategy, with the creative freedom to make a real impact on a growing business. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
  • Create and manage weekly email newsletters and build automated email marketing flows
  • Set up marketing automation triggers and workflows within the WIX platform
  • Conduct website refinement including updating product listings with new photography and improved descriptions
  • Manage product uploads and transfers across multiple platforms and websites
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic
  • Build and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach
  • Develop integrated social media strategies that connect with email marketing campaigns
  • Create and edit product photography and marketing visuals using design tools
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the bohemian luxe brand aesthetic and Australian market preferences

 

Requirements:

  • Mid to senior level marketing experience with proven results in e-commerce or retail
  • Strong expertise with WIX platform for website management and automation setup
  • Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation workflows
  • SEO experience with demonstrated ability to improve search rankings
  • Social media strategy and content creation experience, particularly for lifestyle brands
  • Photo editing skills and proficiency with design tools like Canva
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketing best practices and conversion optimization
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects without extensive guidance
  • Bonus if you have experience with bohemian, luxury, or lifestyle brands
  • It helps if you understand Australian market preferences and cultural nuances
