Job Description

You’ll be the vital first connection between distressed property owners and life-changing solutions. This isn’t just appointment setting – you’ll own the entire client relationship from initial contact through deal completion, serving as their trusted advisor throughout a complex but rewarding process. With a proven system, comprehensive training, and industry-leading commission potential, you’ll have everything needed to build a substantial income while genuinely helping people solve their property challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to property owners with distressed assets (tax issues, liens, structural problems)
  • Perform initial pitch and qualification calls to assess property situations and owner needs
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining consistent daily calling schedule
  • Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team
  • Serve as primary client liaison throughout the entire deal process from contract signing to completion
  • Identify conversational nuances and adapt approach based on each client’s emotional state and situation
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and clients through multi-week deal cycles
  • Follow established scripts and processes while using natural sales instinct to maximize conversions
  • Work consistently within designated hours (12 PM - 6 PM) Monday through Friday
  • Utilize CRM systems and company-provided tools to track progress and maintain pipeline

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone presence and professional demeanor
  • Experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting required
  • Ability to handle feedback, rejection, and challenging conversations with resilience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Natural sales instinct and ability to read people during phone conversations
  • Capability to pick up on verbal cues and emotional states, adjusting approach accordingly
  • Self-motivated with consistent work ethic and reliability for set schedule
  • Bonus if you have experience with distressed property situations or real estate investment
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with commission-based compensation and relationship management
  • Bonus if you have CRM experience and familiarity with sales pipeline management
