Spanish Bilingual Marketing Operations Specialist

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, East Coast Time

  • 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Summary:
Responsible for managing Zoho CRM and related databases for investors, new construction clients, and subcontractors. Runs multi-channel outreach campaigns, supports lead generation and marketing operations, maintains CRM data integrity, and coordinates subcontractor quote initiation to support sales and project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Zoho CRM (pipelines, lead stages, tags, fields, lists, workflows; basic automation a plus).

  • Manage and maintain databases for investors, New construction clients, and Subcontractors/trade partners

  • Execute and track multi-channel lead generation campaigns: LinkedIn outreach, cold calling support, WhatsApp/SMS, social media marketing (SMM), basic SEO coordination, email campaigns (if used).

  • Understand campaign objectives, targeting, and funnel steps; monitor performance (responses, conversions, follow-ups).

  • Source lead/contact data from databases, directories, spreadsheets, and online research; clean, normalize, and import into Zoho CRM.

  • Maintain data quality: deduplication, validation, formatting standards, periodic audits, segmentation, opt-outs/compliance.

  • Generate and qualify leads; schedule follow-ups and ensure timely contact attempts and messaging consistency.

  • Build lists and segments for campaigns (investor vs client vs subcontractor) and maintain communication history.

  • Support subcontractor outreach: initiate quote requests, collect scope information, track responses, and update CRM records.

  • Produce simple reports/dashboards: lead pipeline, campaign outcomes, investor/client/subcontractor activity.

Requirements: 

  • 3 Years of experience in the same position.
