Talent Coordinator

Work Schedule:

  • 20 hours a week, flexible schedule during client's business hours

Overview:
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Talent Coordinator with an interest or background in the Performing Arts to help support the daily operations of a performing arts school and talent agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and liaise with clients, parents, and industry contacts

  • Handle texting and day-to-day communication

  • General administration and data entry

  • Receptionist duties (answering calls or managing online phone systems)

  • Submit talent (actors) to job briefs using online casting platforms

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling

  • Assist with online promotion and social media posting (content will be provided)

  • Proofread and create documents

  • Update and edit website content

  • Use AI tools to support administrative and creative tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Interest or experience in Performing Arts (theatre, film, dance, etc.)

  • Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Basic understanding of social media and website editing

  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in arts education, talent agencies, or creative industries

  • Familiarity with casting or talent submission platforms
