Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to lead our Instagram and Facebook presence while managing performance-focused paid advertising campaigns. This role blends content creation, short-form video production, and paid media management, making it ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical.

The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content and how to convert that content into measurable growth through paid advertising—driving brand awareness, engagement, and enrollments.


Key Responsibilities

🎥 Content Creation & Video Production

  • Create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, and Ads) optimized for Instagram and Facebook

  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos aligned with brand identity and messaging

  • Design visual assets including posts, carousels, stories, and promotional graphics

  • Develop, organize, and manage a content calendar

  • Repurpose existing content for ads, organic posts, and stories to maximize reach and performance

📲 Social Media Management

  • Publish and schedule content across Instagram and Facebook

  • Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement

  • Manage Stories, Highlights, and Reels

  • Monitor engagement, including comments and relevant DMs, as needed

📈 Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)

  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

  • Build and manage audiences (cold traffic, retargeting, and lookalike audiences)

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and formats

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement, CPA)

  • Deliver weekly or bi-weekly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations


Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook Ads

  • Strong short-form video creation and editing skills (Reels-style content is essential)

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Solid understanding of social media trends and short-form video strategy

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Strong eye for branding, storytelling, and performance-driven content
