Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in fueling this company’s expansion by building and organizing their investor database during a critical fundraising phase. This is your opportunity to work directly with founders on high-impact research that will drive their growth across Mexico and Puerto Rico. You’ll be working with cutting-edge CRM systems and automation tools while developing expertise in real estate and hospitality investment landscapes. With strong potential for long-term growth as the company scales, this role offers both immediate impact and future opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate thousands of potential investors from platforms like Founders Suite and specialized real estate databases
• Review investor LinkedIn profiles and websites to assess alignment with funding needs and investment criteria
• Determine qualification status based on focus areas (real estate, hospitality) and geographic preferences (Mexico, California)
• Input qualified leads into CRM system with proper tagging and categorization for different investor types (family offices, real estate investors, lenders)
• Organize and clean existing investor databases to ensure proper CRM structure and data integrity
• Support automation system setup to streamline research and input processes
• Assist with follow-up administration and response management for sales engagement workflows
• Process investor profiles efficiently, initially targeting 3-5 minutes per profile with optimization over time

Requirements

• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to quickly assess business profiles and investment criteria
• Experience with CRM systems and database management
• Ability to discern and categorize different types of investment companies and funding sources
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and organization
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and web research techniques
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes
• Bonus if you have familiarity with real estate and hospitality investment landscapes
• It helps if you have experience with automation platforms and workflow tools
